The year 11 rugby team again showed that no one can keep up with them, the forwards provide power and the backs are masters at side stepping tackles. Ben (scrum half) was man of the match as he ran in try after try demonstrating fantastic footwork and running lines. Special mention needs to go to Finlay from the forward pack as he gave a masterclass in how to carry a ball into contact and how to break the opposition’s defensive line. He He successfully side-stepped and wrong footed the opposition and was rewarded with a great individual try. Tom too had a great game and managed to win the ball from Chew Valley whenever they had possession. However, it is down to the solid support of team members that our U16A team are strong and their matches are a pleasure to watch. could go on naming great individual performances with this team but collectively they are a pleasure to watch.
