Writhlington School supported Children in Need on Friday in total comfort as they put on their onesies and spots to help raise money.
The school raised over £1,500 for Children in Need with activities being run across the school throughout the day. Sixth Form Childcare students ran a bake sale at break and lunchtime which saw hundreds of Pudsey themed cakes and biscuits fly of the shelves in a matter of minutes.
Sixth Form Tennis Leaders ran an indoor tennis competition in the Atrium challenging students and teachers to beat their personal best serve speeds.
Head Teacher Mark Everett said:
‘I am always very proud of the dedication from our students to help others. Our students and parents are really supportive and this allows us to raise vital funds for global and local charities and really make a difference.’
